Delivery Information

All items will be delivered by a secure, insured service such as DPD or UPS. The sut odd time varies with each sompany but generally an order must be received by 11am for same day despatch, if the product is in-stock.

If requested during completion of the delivery section, we can use Royal Mail special delivery. Royal Mail next day Special delivery will usually start the day following the day of your order unless special advice has been received from Accusound, please call to arrange this. If a Royal Mail next day service is requested and this is ordered on a Friday this will usually mean delivery on Monday although some delivery offices may deliver on the next day if that is a Saturday. Please ask for a quotation if you would like delivery on a Saturday.  

Items are usually despatched within 24 hours of payment being received. Special items will take longer and will be discussed with the customer before and order is accepted. Items going to the Highlands and Islands, Ireland or Isle of Man often take longer to arrive or cost more. We will generally use the Post Office for these locations but if you are urgent to receive your goods, please let us know when ordering and we will provide a quotation to use a next day delivery service.

Once the items are logged with our courier, a tracking number will be sent to you. Many of the delivery companies now provide email or TXT notification of delivery dates, this is the responsibility of the courier and it is out of our control if this is done.
